Mental Health Resources:
Perth Children’s Hospital Foundation has partnered with clinical experts at PMH/PCH to produce helpful resources for schools, parents, guardians, aunts, uncles or friends to help open up discussions about mental health with the children in their lives.
The team at the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Unit collaborated with Perth Children’s Hospital Foundation on the development of The Big Splash WA and have written the content of The Big Splash WA Blogs and Resource Kits.
Use these fact sheets to help open up conversions around mental health with the children in your life. Print them out, stick them up on the fridge, in your workplace or at your school.
These blogs are written by Child Psychiatrist Caroline Goossens. Caroline has worked in the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service for over 25 years. She and her team have collaborated with Perth Children’s Hospital Foundation on the development of The Big Splash WA and have written the content of The Big Splash WA Schools Program Resource Kits.
